I have been fortunate enough to have worked with many talented individuals over the years.  The design process is most often an in depth collaboration between a diverse, cross functional teams.  Leading the design process amidst this chaos can be challenging and if not done correctly can have major consequences to a business. I have developed a process that unites cross functional teams around a common goal through collaboration while engaging in objective conversations between all the key stakeholders. My process has lead to category defining products which drive brands to the forefront of consumer demand.
